The picnic
October 23rd
This year we have got a new teacher. In September our teacher suggested a picnic in the country. It was a great idea to spend free time out of doors. We took warm jackets, hats and umbrellas. But we didn’t need them. The weather was very warm and sunny. The girls were responsible for lunch and he boys made a fire. We had our picnic and then spent time playing volleyball. A group of boys flew a kite with the teacher. We took pictures and played badminton. We enjoyed the picnic with our new teacher. She is very nice!
Classmate 1: Hi, guys! Do you want to go to the cinema? This weekend there are many new films in the Oktyabr.

Classmate 3: I’m sorry, but I’m afraid that I can’t go on Saturday because I have to meet my granny at the airport. She will come to visit us from Belarus.
Classmate 4: Could I suggest watching “Silent Hill-2”? The first show of the film will be next Saturday. Do you like thrillers?
Classmate 1: Next Sunday? Well, I suppose that everyone hasn’t plans for next weekend yet, has anybody? I’m free.
Classmate 3: Me too. Let’s go then. I’d like to watch this thriller.
Classmate 4: Ok, I’ll be responsible for tickets.
Classmate 2: And I’ll remind everyone about our plans next Friday.
Summer is my most favourite season. I can explain why. The weather is always fine and hot. I don’t have to wear warm clothes and can sunbathe and swim all day long. I like to play beach-volleyball with my friends. Summer is the season of holidays that’s why I like it.
√ It’s a wonderful day, isn’t it? What shall we do?
√ Let’s go outside and play badminton!
√ It’s raining again! Shall we stay at home?
√ OK. Let’s stay inside and make a plan for our future trip.
